Trump Gives Himself An ‘A Plus’ In His Presidency, The Internet Response Is Perfect

President Trump is being dragged all over the internet after giving himself an “A plus” on economics in his presidency and questioning whether he could get an even higher rating.

“Look, I hate to do it, but I will do it, I would give myself an A plus,” he told Fox News’s Chris Wallace in an interview aired Sunday. “Is that enough? Can I go higher than that?”

The erratic president has repeatedly given himself high marks on his presidency. In April, he also gave himself an A plus overall, and last year, rated himself a “10” on his handling of the 2017 hurricanes in Puerto Rico.

Trump’s interview comes the day after Trump visited California amid several major wildfires and after a deadly shooting at the Borderline Bar and Grill in Thousand Oaks.

He faced criticism this month over his initial response to the wildfires, which included blaming local officials for the wildfires due to poor “forest management” and threatening to withhold federal funding for the state.
