Trump Just Asked For His Children To Be Granted Top Secret Security Clearance
In a stunning turn of events, Donald Trump has reportedly asked the White House for top secret security clearance for his three children—Ivanka, Donald Jr., and Eric Trump, CBS News reported Monday.
According to the report, the Trump team has asked the White House to get his children the top secret security clearances. Logistically, the children would need to be designated by the current White House as national security advisers to their father to receive top secret clearances. However, once Mr. Trump becomes president, he would be able to put in the request himself.
The issue raises another layer of questions about the unique role his children are playing and conflicts of interest with their running his network of businesses. They are totally unqualified to be making high-level security decisions, particularly if they are managing Trump properties and businesses around the world.
It is becoming increasingly clear that Donald Trump is not prepared for the job of president of the United States. Being the offspring of Donald Trump does not qualify this trio to be privy to the most sensitive top secret material we have. These young Trumps were not elected, have never served in public office, have ZERO military background, and should not be cleared at the highest security levels in this country.
