Trump Supporters Just Released Personal Info Of Anti-Trump Protestors On 4Chan
Trump supporters have stooped to a new low as they have shared personal information of thousands of anti-Trump and anti-racist protesters on the 4Chan message board, according to BuzzFeed News.
The thread under the subject line “ANTIFA GETS DOXXED” was posted on Thursday and it includes a Pastebin database full of information about the places of employment, home addresses, telephone numbers, emails and social media accounts of thousands of people involved in anti-Trump protests.
According to the BuzzFeed report, this isn’t the first time pro-Trump groups pull this off. Back in April, at least 3,000 people were victims of their information being released to the public. Now, there are thousands more on the list, which has “easily tripled in size.”
As BuzzFeed notes, “the Pastebin file being shared this week seems to actually be part of a larger harassment campaign against anti-fascists and anti-Trump protesters,” which includes “leaked” audio claiming to have been recorded at “Antifa” meetings and admissions of people infiltrating art and political spaces.
According to the database, many of the people hacked were “predominantly school teachers, programmers, and professors.”
The database also claims that many of the people targeted are associated with “a major Bolshevik organization,” which likely refers to people associated with large socialist organizations like Democratic Socialists of America or the Party for Socialism and Liberation.
