Trump Threatens Clinton With Jail, Promises Special Prosecutor If Elected
Donald Trump on Sunday made it clear –again- that he’s unfit to be president. Trump said that, if elected, he would have a special prosecutor look into Clinton’s handling of emails at the State Department. He then said that she should be in jail.
“People’s lives have been destroyed for doing one-fifth of what you’ve done. And it’s a disgrace,” Trump said.
“Everything he said is absolutely false but I’m not surprised,” Clinton said, going on to say that it was a good thing that “someone with the temperament of Donald Trump is not in charge of the law in our country.”
Clinton’s use of email has been extensively investigated by the FBI. And they cleared her of wrongdoing, though said she had been extremely careless. But Trump, in the “Hail Mary” portion of his campaign, decided to go there.
