Trump Tried Attacking CNN After Miller Got Kicked Off, It Completely Backfired

On Sunday, Donald Trump’s White House aide Stephen Miller was kicked out of a CNN interview after he refused to talk about Michael Wolff’s new book “Fire and Fury.” Trump took to Twitter shortly after Miller’s interview was cut short by CNN’s Jake Tapper.

The president tweeted:

“I’ve had to put up with the Fake News from the first day I announced that I would be running for President. Now I have to put up with a Fake Book, written by a totally discredited author. Ronald Reagan had the same problem and handled it well. So will I!”

During the CNN interview, Tapper got fed up with Miller when he refused to answer questions about the book.

Tapper finally had to cut the interview short, observing, “I get it. There’s one viewer that you care about right now and you’re being obsequious because you’re trying to please him. I’ve wasted enough of my viewers time.”

Twitter users decided to fire back at Trump for his tweet following the interview:
