Donald Trump announced on Wednesday night that he would be putting a 30-day travel ban on most of Europe after the World Health Organization declared the novel coronavirus a pandemic. But out of the countries excluded from the travel ban were the UK and Ireland – where Trump has properties that are failing financially.
Trump has two properties in the UK — Trump Turnberry and Trump International Golf Links in Scotland — as well as another in Doonbeg, Ireland.
According to The Irish Times, Ireland reported its first death from the coronavirus on Wednesday, with at least 43 cases confirmed. Yet, Trump didn’t ban Irland.
