Vindman Fires Back At Trump: ‘He Is Encouraging Breaking The Law’
Donald Trump has been attacking Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman ever since he fired him from his post at the White House. He even went as far as to call on the U.S. military to take disciplinary action against Vindman for his participation in the impeachment inquiry.
Trump also attacked Vindman on Thursday while being interviewed by Fox News’ Geraldo Rivera. He claimed that people cheered for him when he fired Vindman.
@realDonaldTrump told @GeraldoRivera that people cheered when Vindman was leaving the White House. I am surprised Trump admitted it. They did cheer because he is an American hero. Actually we all cheered him! Thanks for telling the truth for once!

Tired by the constant attacks, Vindman’s lawyer responded on his behalf.
“By using the power of his office to repeatedly humiliate and punish those following the law, the president is encouraging breaking the law,” Amb David Pressman said in a statement.
