Ana Navarro, a Republican strategist who guest hosted on “The View” on Friday, took a jab at Ivanka Trump for claiming that immigrant children separation was a personal “low point” for her.
Navarro called out Ivanka for being all talk and no action, claiming that the First Daughter talks down on her father’s policies but does nothing behind the scenes to change them.
“When Ivanka first came on the scene… I thought this was a great thing, I thought she’s going to soften up her father, is going to be a good, positive influence on her father,” she said. “This act of, ‘I am vehemently against this, vehemently against that, but at the same time I remain in this complicit administration and I cash in and laugh all the way to the bank, getting patents in China, and selling stuff here and selling stuff there. The act is getting old.”
Co-host Sunny Hostin agreed and claimed that Ivanka has no reason for being at the White House.
“Why is she there?” she asked.
