White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders held a press conference outside the White House on Wednesday after special counsel Robert Mueller spoke for the first time since his report was released.
In his statement, Mueller claimed that he did not have enough evidence to exonerate Donald Trump.
But despite Mueller’s claims, Sanders lashed out at reporters and claimed that Trump was “completely exonerated.”
“Certainly the process would be for Congress, but that’s not necessary because it’s already been done,” she said. “We think the President has been fully and completely exonerated based on the fact that was no collusion, there was no conspiracy, and there was no obstruction.”
