Donald Trump seems to be running the White House like an episode of The Apprentice. Now, according to New York Daily News, Trump’s longtime aide and former Apprentice contestant, Omarosa Manigault, is on the verge of getting fired from the post at the White House.
“Her days are numbered, but Trump is trying to give her time to resign,” a source told the Daily News.
The report states that Manigault’s days have been numbered since John Kelly took over Reince Priebus position as Chief of Staff at the White House.
In just two weeks three White House employees lost their jobs: Priebus, former White House press secretary Sean Spicer, and former White House director of communications Anthony Scaramucci.
Manigault reportedly liked Scaramucci, “ and constantly tried to meet up with him for lunch or dinner,” but that budding relationship fizzled after he was booted from the White House. Her relationship with Spicer, however, was not so cordial.
Kelly has constantly been annoyed by Manigault, according to the Daily News. But, according to White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders, the Daily News report is “totally false and made up accusations.”
